Accepting resumes for the Meat Manager position at Save A Lot

Responsibilities:

• Order and maintain all meat department product.
• Read Cutting Lists
• Cut All Primal Meats to Specific Techniques
• Grind Meats
• Understand Gross Profits and Inventories
• Receive fresh deliveries
• Maintain Meat Cases / Stock Meat / Rotate Product
• Assist customers with requests and information
• Know quality and code dating standards
• Follow all store and department policies and procedures
